    I was able to try this smoked sablefish because I received a package of seafood as a birthday gift last month. I loved it so much! I find myself having cravings for it at the strangest times. I guess it turns out that I'm a lover of smoked seafood products!

    I'm in love with this Salmon Caviar! When I was a kid my father introduced me to caviar, and eating such high quality caviar reminds me of those good ol' days. This is the first time I've had the Echo Falls brand caviar, but it won't be the last! I should be placing another order soon!

    I've been a seafood lover all my life, and I'm picky about what I eat, especially with seafood. Due to the COVID pandemic, I decided that I'd learn more about cooking, and this website has been a real blessing to me. Not only are the products like this Salmon Burger Meat exceptionally good, but the recipes section of the website made it easy for me to cook things that I consider better than restaurant quality.     This halibut is now my very favorite. (Also give the salmon & tuna 5 stars.) The most beautiful white fish, thick filets, bakes up beautifully. Favorite recipe: Mix up a topping of mayo, dijon, lemon, garlic & onion/shallots, paprika. Sprinkle with panko. Bake at 425.

    These scallops made me feel like I was an Iron Chef... they came out like you see on Hells Kitchen. Gordon Ramsey would have served mine.

    The scallops themselves appear to be "dry" which is good. They have a very mild and pleasant odor. They cook up great with a almost sweet undertone to the mild flavor. I could cut them with the side of my fork. A butter knife smoothly cuts thru them as well.

    I have attempted to cook scallops many times. I take a basic approach, hot pan (avocado oil) and lightly salted. I could never get them to a nice crust. They will typically be too wet, or just stick to the pan. Not enough heat and they do not brown well.

    Well, these scallops proved it is more in the product then some secret only chefs learn.

    They barely stuck to the pan, developed a nice brown crust. The first side took from 2.5 - 3 minutes. About the same on the other, medium high heat. Added some butter along the way, more salt afterwards.

    Great on their own, with pork belly, bacon or steak.

    We purchased our third order of halibut recently (which is excellent) and decided to order 1 pound of scallops as an add-on. We sauteed some tonight in butter and lemon, and cooked them to 145 degrees, as recommended on the package. They were truly outstanding - some of the best we've ever had, either at home or in restaurants. They are large, very tender, slightly sweet and flavorful. If you like scallops, you'll love these.

    added these on with my Halibut order, along with sea scallops! I must admit, I forgot about these! When I opened the container & saw them..... oh, I know they'll be delicious! big, meaty looking. can't wait to dig in! Thank you
