A perfect blend of wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon, all-natural vegetables and premium feta cheese, this delicious salmon patty makes for an easy dinner option any day of the week! Each package contains (2) 4 oz. patties that are individually vacuum sealed so the 1 lb. Add-On order will contain 2 packages…4 total patties. These patties are 100% gluten free and best when cooked frozen. Best methods of preparation: grilled, baked, pan fried, air-fried…it works just about any way you want!

The instructions say just cook from frozen (I throw it on a hot cast iron personally) -- I will buy a lot more for convenience/ when I don't want to thaw some regular frozen salmon (which I usually thaw 24 hours for best results personally).
Wish I knew EXACTLY how much protein these contained, as I do weight-training, etc., but maybe I'll send an email. Or maybe it's on the package. I don't know, I have to reorder!
