As much as I love having fish, I have become allergic to store bought salmon due to the red dye they feed farmed fish. I live by a large lake... no wild salmon around. I must say this is the best Sockeye Salmon I have ever had, tasty, lean, "non-fishy"... I'll be placing a larger order soon. Your Halibut is the best too... that's a special occasion fish for me. If you're looking for a new way to have your salmon, look up basil, tomato, parmesan cheese bake... make it extra special??? Grow your own lime basil, you'll never find it in a store but so worth it! I'm definitely spreading the word about your company at home! Thank you!!! -
