Excellent customer service. I didn't have any complaints when I contacted them. I just wanted to add something to my order. I left a message and they called me back right away. They were also able to grant my request. I love Sockeye salmon, so I ordered that. I got the shrimp free. THANK YOU!!!! Pleasant surprise. The shrimp are HUGE. I can't wait to cook them. I ordered the King Salmon as a add on. I cooked it today. It was Delicious. My order appeared to be packed with extra care. EVERYTHING was stll frozen soild when I received it. All I can say is as long as I live, and Wild Alaska Salmon and Seafood company is in business I will get All of my seafood from them. No more tampered with store brought foolery for me.     My husband and I could not be more thrilled with the red jumbo shrimp, and the red sockeye salmon! They are a superb quality, and honestly, neither one of us have ever had shrimp that even came close to the quality and taste of this shrimp! I did choose to marinate it in the fridge, for 1 hour.. kind of doing my own thing, but close to what they gave us a recipe for marinating.The salmon is superb as well, but that shrimp blew us away! I highly recommend either product! It’s nice to have customer service as well. We are tired of companies that don’t even have a phone number. That you cannot even get a hold of them if there’s a problem. This company was impressive from the beginning. We will enjoy doing business with this amazing company!     I had been buying Salmon from a big box store and the taste and texture just wasn't good. And it smelled fishy. So I Googled were to buy Salmon from Alaska and came across this Business. My first order I placed was for Sockeye Salmon, regular Salmon patties, Feta & Spinach Salmon patties, and Shrimp. The order arrived fast and still frozen. There was still dry ice in the cooler. I put two pieces of the Sockeye Salmon in my air fryer. Oh my goodness, it was delicious. It was moist and had a good clean taste if that makes sense. This is the best Salmon I've ever eaten. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm on Auto delivery.

Researched various companies out there and all seemed to only have package deals of what they wanted to send you and who knows how it is processed or where it goes before the customer gets it. I ordered 40lbs of the Sockeye as well as Sea Scallops and received my order today. Shipped on Monday and delivered Wednesday. Haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I know it will be great. I like how this is all caught in Alaska by a family owned business, then flash frozen and shipped to midwest USA for easy distribution in the lower 48. All portions look good. FIsh was well packaged and arrived frozen as promised. A big shout out to Josh (Sales/Operations Manager). He was so helpful in discussing how the operation works as well as giving me information on the variety of products available. He was very prompt in responding and is a great credit to the professionalism of the company.

    There are always coupons to use!

    We have ordered the sockeye salmon exclusively & it is always delicious. We prefer the individual sealed portions.

    I did check out other companies & they do not allow you to choose ONLY sockeye in their boxes! They also choose what percentage of sockeye is in their boxes. So this does not work for us! It is our understanding that sockeye is the only salmon that cannot be raised in fish farming. So to make sure that we receive ONLY sockeye, we use Alaska Salmon & sea food!
    Our son became allergic to salmon, but it turned out, he was allergic to FARMED salmon!!!!! When salmon is farmed, you have no control over what is fed to them, including coloring to make the fish red!

    So, We highly recommend this company for your salmon needs.
