    I have ordered from your company many times and have always been satisfied with your products, chiefly because there are no additives or preservatives. I was therefore delighted to take advantage of this shrimp offer. However, I did not check the ingredients and now discover I am stuck with several pounds of frozen shrimp with sulfite additives to which I am very allergic. I realize (when I searched carefully) you do have that information but it is well hidden. In future I hope you will make it more clear. I cannot find any indication of additives on the scallops so fingers crossed.

They are large and sweet( just don't overcook as with any shrimp) I learned that you should cook shrimp until they are C shaped. If they turn into O shaped they are overcooked.
