Ingredients
- 400g Pacific Cod
- 750g frozen paella
- 2 lemons
- 4 Tbls vegetable oil
- 1 thyme sprig
- salt
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Wash lemons in hot water, pat dry and cut into wedges.
- Prepare paella according to package directions.
- Wash Pacific Cod fillets, pat dry and cut into pieces.
- Heat oil, add two lemon wedges and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash thyme, flick to release any retained water, and add to the oil.
- Fry Alaska Cod fillets with the lemons and thyme for approx. 8-10 minutes.
- Arrange the Alaska Cod pieces on the prepared paella, garnish with the remaining lemon wedges and serve.
