May 2, 2020Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.So I bought salmon “from the fisherman”. How can it be any different - right? It’s just sockeye salmon! Wild caught like I always buy it. Boy was I wrong! This is some good stuff. Generally I smother in tartar sauce (cuz I love tartar sauce) but this is better without. Wow! I bought the 20lb box and so glad I did!! -

March 25, 2020Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.We ordered the 10lb box and are very happy with the fish. It is better than any we have been able to get here locally. Since we live in a very rural part of Colorado, we were concerned about delivery. We also had some travel concerns as to when we would be home to accept delivery. Working with Josh in customer service, they were able to ship at a time that worked for us. The product came on time and in perfect condition.
We couldn't be happier and will order again. -

This is The Freshest halibut I have ever had & that includes visiting Alaska & dining there.!! The stuff I buy here in Fl at my local fish market pails in comparison.
I have defrosted in my frig then ended up going out & not cooking it for 3-4 days. Still Does Not Smell Fishy!! That has Never happened with fish I bought at the fish market. It’s been thrown away cause it’s smelled fishy, Never with this fish!!
I bought soo much 8/2019 that I’m just now running out & let me tell ya.... when I defrost it, it smells like the Ocean still!! Never fishy

March 2, 2020Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.As a Pescatarian, this is absolutely the best salmon I've ever tasted. Grilled, baked, or smoked are all excellent. The rich flavor is a perfect compliment with asian dishes as well. I make a lot of salmon jerky that is outstanding too.
