Ingredients: Sockeye Salmon and/or Coho Salmon and/or Keta Salmon, red peppers, panko breadcrumbs (wheat flour, sugar, yeast, salt), parmesan cheese(pasteurized part-skim cows milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose (added to prevent caking), sweet Italian seasoning (salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, sea salt.

Cooking instructions

Stove top (from fresh) – preheat sauté pan on medium high heat. Remove salmon meatballs from packaging and cook in saute pan for 4 minutes, tossing occasionally to sear all sides. Add sauce and bring to a simmer. Continue cooking for 8-10 minutes or until product has reached internal temperature of 165°F.

Oven (from fresh) – preheat oven to 375°F. Remove salmon meatballs from packaging and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes of until product has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.

Oven (from frozen) – Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove salmon meatballs from packaging and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 26-28 minutes or until product has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
