Cooking Instructions
Broiling
Preheat your broiler and place the seasoned haddock fillets on a broiler pan. You can season with garlic powder, paprika, and a bit of olive oil. Broil the fish about 4-6 inches from the heat source for 5-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the surface is slightly golden and the fish is cooked through. Cook to internal temperature of 145°F.
Grilling
Grilling gives haddock a delightful smoky flavor. Preheat your grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate. Season the haddock fillets with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. Grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is nicely charred and flakes easily. Cook to internal temperature of 145°F
Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the Haddock on a baking sheet and bake for 12-18 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Cook to internal temperature of 145°F.
