I followed the directions as best as I could, and the salmon was magnificent. I know you say this is a limited time product, but I hope you keep selling it. I love it! -

I didn't know if your smoked salmon would be good in my recipe, but it turned out perfect. The taste wasn't spot on with what my mom used to make, but it was not a disappointment by any means.
