July 16, 2020Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.I ordered 5 # on June 26 just to try it out WOW the taste was outstanding ....it literally melted in you mouth! I actually gave a piece to a friend of mind for his birthday who has been a chef for 35 years and he said it was the best Halibut he has ever had. I will be ordering 20 # soon like I do the Sockeye Salmon. Capt Tony is the best. This company should be a ***10 STAR*** rating -

July 15, 2020Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.My first order was King Salmon (5 pounds) and Royal Red Shrimp (2 pounds). The King Salmon was just absolutely wow!! I am totally ruined on buying grocery store and local seafood restaurants salmon. I will never buy salmon from anyone else but Wild Alaska Salmon and Seafood.

I received my second order of the Royal Red Shrimp today, but this time I ordered 10 pounds. I also received the sea scallops, I can not wait to try them.
The shipping is crazy fast, I ordered Monday and received my shipment today! Everything was still solidly frozen. I was originally a little worried on my first order because I live in Texas, everything melts from our insane heat and humidity.
I have tried several of the different recipes on website. The Sommer’s Salmon Salad awesome. I am making the Alaska Salmon En Papillote again tonight. -

I have never purchased online because I was lucky enough to have it available in a farmers market for a few years, *thanks Josh! and was privileged to be at a private gathering, the last three years in Atlanta. I stock up when they bring the freezers in! I have never tasted such freshness, even though it's deep frozen.
I did pass the website to a few friends who have ordered online, and they are extremely pleased with the condition of the product when they receive it, and of course the flavor of each item. -

July 9, 2020Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.This Black Cod cooked lightly on an iron skillet with nothing but butter, or if you must, olive oil, a little paprika and some capers is the best white fish I've ever had. It's not meaty, more delicate and buttery even without the butter! -

I'm a chef so I can prepare this in thousands of ways but it is so exquisite in its purest form that all you need to do is cook it. Sauteed or baked in a little butter or olive oil, or grilled as is, this is the gem of the sea. You won't be disappointed, so quit buying high dollar stinky fish at the market and be assured you are getting your money's worth! -

July 1, 2020Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.I waited a few weeks before sending in our review in order to cook some of the halibut we purchased. Now that we have, here goes: We only ordered halibut because it’s so hard to get here in Florida. It was delivered during the hottest part of the year (95+ degrees), yet every piece of halibut was rock-hard-frozen-solid, with enough dry ice in the box to last at least another 2-days. As for the fish itself, it is excellent. No “fishy” smell, and it cooks-up flaky, moist and delicious. Even though other companies have been recommended to us, we now will not order from anyone else. My only (minor) issue is that when we received the package, the exterior cardboard was very damp, which gave me initial concern. This was due to the interior styrofoam being inserts (bottom, sides, top) instead of a sealed styrofoam container. This obviously allowed some of the cold to escape, and in the Florida heat, made condensation on the exterior box. If it was me, I would have the interior styrofoam container be a sealed box instead of inserts. Again, a very minor issue since there was more than enough dry ice remaining and the fish was all still frozen solid. Just an observation. Bottom line for us is that you can’t go wrong, as least when it comes to the halibut. It is truly exceptional! -
