I had been wanting to try an Alaska fish company for a while and settled on Wild Alaska Salmon & Seafood. I went all in with King, Sockeye, Ahi, smoked salmon and salmon burgers! They shipped right on time, however, through no fault of their own-totally on UPS-my large order arrived completely thawed. Josh immediately went to work on making it right and a replacement order was received a few days later.
Wow! It is perhaps some of the finest salmon and seafood I've ever had. The smoked salmon (lox) IS the best I've ever had, the Ahi, both seared and sashimi, is excellent and the King and Sockeye salmon is incredible! This may be my first order but it's just the beginning of a long partnership from Alaska to Tennessee and my kitchen. Thanks for doing it right!
We can’t say enough. We order the shrimp, the scallops, and the haddock. Each one is amazing. The shrimp is as good, or if possible, better than they say. The scallops are large and sweet. The haddock is great. Everything is frozen individually so you can take out and thaw only what you need. You don’t have to thaw out a whole bag for a few pieces. Customer service is second to none.
Have been hooked on Wild Alaska Salmon & Seafood since returning from 2019 trip to Alaska where I met a representative at Katmai National Park and learned the company flash freezes the fish very soon after catching. It makes a difference. Our salmon is always fresh, rarely has bones, and arrives in dry ice, keeping it really cold even when the temps are in triple digits. And if there are issues with our shipment, Wild Alaska Salmon & Seafood makes it right. Love dealing with this family-owned business where everyone is so helpful and friendly!
I've been purchasing Captain Tony's sockeye salmon and sea scallops (my favorites) for a long time. You can taste the freshness. My last delivery only took 2 days and was rewarded with a free 1 pound package of wild-caught premium royal red jumbo shrimp. Delicious! I will not buy seafood from any other source. I'll be branching out to try their are other products. I appreciate this company.
