Ingredients

  • Handful of lettuce leaves
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs (as prepared egg-only omelet or scrambled eggs)
  • 3 scallions, diced
  • 2 slices of Alaska cold smoked Salmon
  • 3 tsp of Alaska roe (red caviar)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Cook the eggs
    • Prepare your eggs as either an egg-only omelet or as scrambled eggs.
  • Step 2: Assemble the breakfast bowl
    • Place lettuce leaves in the bowl. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the lettuce. Add diced scallions and the cooked eggs. Place the Alaska cold Smoked Salmon slices on top. Add salt, pepper and Salmon Roe. Drizzle with lime juice.
