A Simple Shrimp Preparation

The following is a transcript of the presented "WASS Simple Shrimp Prep" video.

So here are our shrimp. These are Patagonia Wild Royal Red Shrimp. They are absolutely amazing. They are some of the finest shrimp in the world. I like to make a shrimp cocktail with them, so what I'll do is boil them for about three minutes. I use my Wild Alaska Rub in the water; a couple tablespoons in the water. So a super easy way to make a cocktail sauce is a little bit of ketchup, and a little bit of horseradish, mix it up like that… a little bit of worcestershire. Once the water starts boiling, you see my seasoning in there, put the shrimp in, and the shrimp can still be frozen here. So now the shrimp have boiled for about a minute, and they're an easy peel, so the shell comes right off. Fantastic!
