Pacific cod is a delicious fish that's caught in the deep cold waters of Alaska. You can do almost anything with it. You can you can do it in a skillet, or you can do it in the oven. So, what I've done today is I've done a quick hollandaise sauce, and then I'm going to put the cod in the oven and I'm going to go for six minutes at 400° with this cod. You can put a little hollandaise sauce on there, and you can add a little bit of dill, and that is spectacular.
