The texture is perfect and the flavor is like nothing I've had before. Literally, I gave up on salmon for a long time because I just could not find good quality anywhere near me. I HIGHLY recommend this product! -

March 8, 2024Rating of this product is 5 out of 5.Coho salmon is now my favorite fish. It is absolutely delicious following a simple Alton Browns seared coho.
I have been very pleased with the fish, the quality and the response from the owners if you experience any issues.
The Halibut, king salmon, scallops, Argentinian shrimp and now this amazing coho. If someone doesn’t like salmon coho is extremely mild but so healthy and yummy.
